Cancellation Policy
At Pavitram, we are dedicated to delivering our products efficiently and reliably. Due to the nature of our business and our commitment to fast processing, we do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before confirmation.

Refund Policy
Pavitram’s commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. While we do not offer refunds as a general policy, we do consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to Pavitram support within 48 hours of receipt with photo proof of the damage. We will evaluate the claim and, if justified, will facilitate a refund or replacement.
  • Defective Product: If you encounter a defect with our product, provide us with detailed evidence of the issue. Our team will assess your claim, and upon validation, will process a refund or exchange the product.
  • Wrong Product: Should you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the delivery of the correct product or a refund, as applicable.

Please note that if the customer refuses to accept the shipment, there will be no refund for the money paid upfront.

Return Process
To start a return, please adhere to the following steps:

  • Contact Pavitram support with your order number and details regarding the product issue.
  • Supply adequate proof of the issue with the product.
  • Wait for our response. If your return is accepted, we will guide you through the return process.

Refund Processing
After your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
